About the role

WCG is seeking a Site Engagement & Insights Associate Director to lead the CenterWatch survey program globally. You will own the full lifecycle from design to client readouts, translating survey insights into actionable strategies across sponsor, CRO, and site relationships. You will collaborate with analytics, marketing, and product teams to ensure data quality, ethical standards, and impactful storytelling for executive audiences. Remote, full-time, US-based opportunities available.
