About the role
Owning the analytical backbone of soil production, the full-time remote Production Analyst will manage the master production schedule, maintain real-time inventory visibility, and identify supply risks to support significant retail growth.
Key responsibilities:
Build and maintain the master production schedule across all soil contract manufacturing sites, aligning production with demand and inventory targets
Ensure real-time inventory accuracy and manage end-of-month inventory verification to prevent discrepancies
Analyze production and supply data to identify cost savings and process inefficiencies while developing performance dashboards for key metricsRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
2-4 years of experience in production planning, operations analysis, or supply chain coordination, preferably in a manufacturing environment
High proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and scenario modeling
Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system is strongly preferred
Strong analytical instincts with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
