Office Assistant/Sales Associate Reports To The Office Assistant/Sales Associate will report to the School Manager or Program Director of the location.
Job Overview:
We are looking for an Office Assistant/Sales Associate to support a wide range of administrative duties and sales. As a public facing associate, you are responsible for dealing with all customer questions about products and services offered in our organization. You are expected to be continuously updating your knowledge of the organizational products, services, and policies. Another key responsibility is maintaining the presentation of the location, products, signage, and displays. A successful Office Assistant supports the overall success of each program in the organization. A pleasant personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Handling incoming phone calls and other communications. Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibly managing financial transactions. Superior product/program knowledge. Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers. Managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office duties and errands. Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Office and or sales experience. Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities. Ability to work well under limited supervision. Warm personality with strong communication skills. Martial Arts Experience a plus Some knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. MyStudio experience a plus. Must pass a criminal background check.
