Tru Stage seeks an experienced Claim Litigation Consultant II to independently investigate, evaluate, and negotiate complex third-party litigated claims for credit unions. The role involves coordinating with underwriting, risk management, and legal teams, ensuring recovery, and providing risk education to partners. Minimum 7 years in claims with litigation focus, Bachelor’s or equivalent, CPCU/AIC a plus, and ability to travel for mediations and trials.
