About the role

OSTTRA Group seeks an experienced HR Legal Professional to coordinate and monitor all legal information within the HR Department. You will prepare legal documents, perform research, and communicate with attorneys and officials regarding EEOC actions and regulatory compliance. You will track and manage HR legal matters, coordinate with Territorial HQ Legal, and provide training on incident documentation and proper file maintenance within a structured office setting.
