Account Resolution Specialist
Job Summary: We are hiring an Account Resolution Specialist to join a Risk Operations team. This position works directly with customers to resolve past-due accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and provide solutions to account issues.
Location: Piedmont Triad Parkway, Greensboro NC
Pay Rate: $22/hr
Responsibilities: Contact customers regarding past-due accounts Negotiate payment arrangements and collect payments Resolve customer account issues Handle difficult conversations professionally Manage customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances Work with individual owner-operators, large fleets, and construction businesses Navigate multiple systems and manage customer interactions Support the team as the customer portfolio continues to grow
Qualifications: Strong communication and phone skills Comfortable negotiating with customers Ability to handle difficult conversations Strong organization and time management skills Comfortable working with multiple computer systems Customer service, collections, or account resolution experience preferred Bilingual skills are a plus Recent graduates with relevant customer-facing or phone experience are encouraged to apply Systems Experience with Info Lease, Artiva, Power BI, or Salesforce is a plus, but training will be provided.
