About the role

Job Description: 360X Staffing is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join a warehouse production team. This position supports the day-to-day production of microgreens in an indoor, controlled environment.

Job Duties: Seed trays and prepare growing media for new crops Water and care for plants throughout the warehouse facility Monitor and maintain the hydroponic watering system Check grow lights and monitor plant condition Harvest microgreens and edible flowers by hand and with cutting tools Wash and sanitize trays, tools, racks, and work areas Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work environment Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining attention to detail Work as part of a small team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications: Warehouse, food production, manufacturing, nursery, greenhouse, or similar experience preferred, but not required Indoor or controlled-environment agriculture experience is a plus Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs. Comfortable performing repetitive work in an indoor warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and ability to handle delicate products carefully Able to follow instructions and work well with a small team Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are required

Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Previous agriculture experience is not required. The right candidate will be comfortable working in a warehouse environment, performing hands-on production work, and following established safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
