Job Description: Are you an experienced landscape professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves organization, and takes pride in delivering beautiful results for clients? We’re looking for a Landscape Foreman or strong Crew Leader to help lead projects, coordinate crews, and keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do: Assist in managing landscape crew with installation projects (small and large scale) Perform plant counts for maintenance accounts Coordinate and oversee lawn & landscape schedules (daily, weekly, monthly) Track inventory for trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment Monitor and schedule maintenance for vehicles and equipment Communicate professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction and clarity Support overall field operations and team efficiency
What We’re Looking For: Hands-on experience in landscape installation and jobsite coordination Strong organizational and scheduling skills Knowledge of plants and materials (nursery experience is a plus) Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing attention to detail Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Excellent communication and leadership skills Bilingual- Spanish and English Why Join Us?
