Meanwhile, we actively promote the development of esports industry, work with global partners to build an open, collaborative and symbiotic industrial ecology, and create high-quality digital life experiences for players.Job Responsibilities:Scan and monitor global game/ IP market with members of the Business Development teamResearch and analyze Content and Consumer industries (games, entertainment, films/Drama, etc.) investment trends, with a particular focus on IP.Provide support documentation for strategic analysis, investment review, and case studies etc.Study and evaluate potential partners, game studios and IP holders, and providing support to Tencent management for business decisionsWho We Look For:University undergraduate or MBA student, ideally from business administration, management or finance related majorStrong business and data analysis skills; prior consulting or strategy project experience (e.g., internship with consulting companies, well-known game companies/Internet company strategy departments, investment banks, and PE/VC ) preferredExcellent material writing ability, excellent executionAbility to take initiatives and drive to insights, owning workstreams end to endAvid gamer and genuine passion for games, curiosity about the broader entertainment industry and willing to share (we need "your perspective")Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit, resilienceProficient with AI tools and familiar with AI workflow automationLocation State(s)US-California-Los Angeles, US-California-Palo Alto, US-New York State-New York, US-Washington-BellevueThe expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $24.81 to $42.70 per hour. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position will be eligible for 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked and up to 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
