About the role
Leading cross-functional initiatives, the full-time salaried Technology Program Management Director will drive strategic program management for Infrastructure Products & Services in a remote setting, ensuring timely execution of technical deliverables and fostering strong partnerships across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget while coordinating efforts among various teams
Build and manage a high-performance team focused on agile product development and strategic impact within the Infrastructure Products & Services ecosystem
Analyze complex business challenges and develop data-driven solutions that align with organizational goals, optimizing performance and driving efficiency
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in program management, business strategy & operations, or consulting within a high-growth technology-focused enterprise
3+ years of experience managing a team, preferably a globally distributed or remote team
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related technology area; advanced degree preferred
Proven track record of managing complex programs and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
Experience in leveraging AI tools for project management and operational efficiency is a plus
