Role Description: This is a remote, contract Psychotherapist role focused on providing individual, couples, and/or family therapy via secure telehealth platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs. The psychotherapist will maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, participate in case consultation or supervision as needed, and coordinate care with other providers when appropriate. The role also involves upholding ethical and professional standards, engaging in ongoing professional development, and contributing to a supportive, inclusive therapeutic environment.
Qualifications: Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, including knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and diagnostic frameworks. Demonstrated Counseling and Relationship Counseling skills, with experience supporting individuals, couples, or families through diverse life challenges. Working familiarity with Medicine or behavioral health integration, including collaboration with medical providers when needed. Active, unrestricted license (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, Psychologist) in relevant jurisdiction for independent clinical practice. Experience providing telehealth services and comfort with using electronic health record systems and digital communication tools. Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and non-discriminatory care for clients from varied backgrounds and identities. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a consistent caseload as a contractor. Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related mental health field.interest in energy healing, crystals, mindfulness, sound healing, meditation, somatic healing, energy exercises, breathing exercises, nutrition as medicine, or mind body medicine is a plus
