About the role

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Critical Care Medicine physician to join their growing critical care program across coastal Florida hospitals. The selected intensivist will practice full-scope critical care medicine across multiple ICUs in a collaborative multidisciplinary team environment. This newly opened position offers a balanced 7 on / 7 off schedule with shared in-house night coverage. Practice Info Closed ICU model across AdventHealth Daytona Beach, AdventHealth Palm Coast, and AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway Hospitals Collaborative team of 10 Critical Care physicians and 12 Advanced Practice Providers Strong support from hospitalists, neurology, neurosurgery, and subspecialty teams AdventHealth Daytona Beach features a 32-bed closed Medical/Surgical ICU and a new 16-bed Neuro ICU AdventHealth Palm Coast features an 18-bed closed Medical/Surgical ICU AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway features a 10-bed closed Medical/Surgical ICU within a new state-of-the-art hospital
Responsibilities: Practice full-scope critical care medicine across multiple ICUs, including medical/surgical and neuro-critical care Provide rotating coverage across AdventHealth Daytona Beach and Palm Coast facilities Participate in shared in-house night coverage Compensation Competitive base salary Quality and productivity incentive program Sign-on and relocation bonus

Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine Additional Neuro-Critical Care board eligibility/board certified preferred Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain) DEA license (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and team collaboration skills
