Responsibilities: Implement established tennis lesson plans and instructional programs.
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and productive learning environment for all participants.
Coach and develop players by providing instruction, feedback, and encouragement appropriate to their skill level.
Deliver a positive participant and guest experience through professional and responsive service.
Maintain organized lesson schedules, equipment, and instructional activities.
Qualifications: Minimum of two years of tennis instruction or coaching experience.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent guest service and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to effectively instruct and develop players across applicable skill levels.
