About the role

Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center (TVHC) is seeking an accomplished COO to lead and continually elevate clinical operations across its network of clinics. You will drive patient access, scheduling, staffing, and workflows, partnering with executive leaders to align operational excellence with TVHC’s mission. You will lead transformative care delivery initiatives, optimize payer mix and reimbursement strategies, and embed AI-enabled technologies to reduce administrative burden while preserving care
