We are seeking an experienced Regional Director of Salesto lead sales strategy and performance across our portfolio. This role will develop and execute property sales plans, identify opportunities through market trends, STR data, booking pace, and competitive analysis, and partner closely with General Managers and revenue management to drive RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, group and catering revenue, and overall profitability. The Regional Director will also cultivate key regional and national accounts, support new business opportunities and property transitions, and represent Beechwood Hospitality with ownership groups, brand partners, clients, and industry organizations. The ideal candidate is both a sales strategist and a strong people leader who knows how to turn opportunities into measurable results. Candidates should have at least 8 years of progressive hotel sales experience, including 3 years in a multi-property or regional leadership role, with experience leading and developing Directors of Sales and property sales teams. Strong knowledge of hotel revenue management, STR reporting, CRM and sales systems, contracting, budgeting, forecasting, and major hotel brand sales programs is important. Experience with full-service, select-service, or resort hotels and management company or ownership reporting is strongly preferred. This position requires regular travel, including overnight travel, to support properties, clients, and industry events.
