Role Description: The Corporate Finance Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities to support ARMI Consulting’s strategic and operational goals. This position manages budgeting and forecasting processes, prepares and reviews financial statements, and develops financial models to evaluate business performance and new initiatives. The role includes monitoring key financial metrics, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing actionable insights to leadership. The Corporate Finance Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue cycle operations, improve cash flow, and support real estate and consulting projects. The individual is expected to work independently, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and uphold strong internal controls and compliance standards.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. Candidates should possess Finance expertise, including Financial Modeling capabilities for forecasting, scenario analysis, and valuation of business initiatives. Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements analysis to ensure accuracy, completeness, and insight into company performance. Candidates should possess Financial Reporting experience to produce timely reports, management dashboards, and support regulatory and compliance requirements. Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) is a plus. Experience in healthcare finance, revenue cycle management, or collections, as well as exposure to real estate transactions, is beneficial. Strong proficiency with spreadsheet tools and financial software, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment are required. Excellent communication skills, integrity, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership are essential.
