About the role

Axon is seeking a Field Operations Test Engineer II (Onsite) based in our Sterling, VA office, with a hybrid schedule. This role will lead range operations and test and evaluation across Axon’s Counter-UAS portfolio, coordinating activities and defining evaluation criteria for real-world conditions. You will monitor evolving UAS threats, advise product teams on technology choices, engage with customers and field personnel, and help ensure safe, secure range operations.
