Back Office ManagerThe Back Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the back office, ensuring the seamless coordination of special-order processing, inventory management, administrative support, and customer experience. This role involves managing a team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of orders, and providing leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across various departments.Essential DutiesSpecial Order Processing:Manage and oversee the special-order processing team to ensure accuracy and timely completion of all special orders.Ensure all orders are tracked and processed efficiently, meeting customer and operational requirements.Inventory Management:Supervise shipping and receiving of inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.Ensure that inventory audits are performed regularly, discrepancies are identified, and corrective actions are taken.Work closely with other departments to ensure inventory needs are met and stock is accurately tracked.Administrative Support:Oversee administrative support provided to the sales team, including order processing, data entry, and general office tasks.Ensure reports and documentation related to inventory, sales, and other operational matters are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.Customer Experience Support:Lead efforts to ensure smooth order processing, contributing to a positive customer experience.Address and resolve any operational issues impacting customer satisfaction, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.General Back Office Duties:Supervise daily back-office operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards.Coordinate with various departments to support smooth cross-departmental operations.Perform additional duties as needed to enhance operational flow and meet business goals.Don't forget, we have many opportunities available on our other career site pages.
