About the role
One SparQ is looking for an Account Executive for a commercial security solutions company.
Required Skills:
3+ years of B2B sales and new business development experience Proven track record of generating $1M+ in annual sales with mid-market, enterprise, or public-sector accounts Experience selling commercial security solutions, including access control, video surveillance, managed services, or cloud-hosted solutions Demonstrated success prospecting, negotiating, and closing complex sales opportunities with executive-level decision-makers Experience selling recurring revenue or multi-year service agreements
Additional Skills:
( not required)Established book of business or professional network within Indiana Experience selling to commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, or public-sector organizations
Responsibilities:
Develop and close new business opportunities throughout Indiana Build a sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and incoming leads Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close Partner with technical and operations teams to develop solutions and transition closed business Maintain customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
