About the role
Office AdministratorSalary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month
Remote Recruitment is hiring an Office Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.
Role overview:
You'll keep the day-to-day running of a UK office smooth, handling admin, suppliers and records so the team can focus on the work that matters.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate office admin tasks, filing and record keeping
Liaise with suppliers and manage routine orders
Support the wider team with scheduling and correspondence
Maintain accurate digital and paper-based filing systems
Prepare reports and documents in MS Office
What you'll need:
Experience in an office administration or coordination role
Experience with MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work
Confidence liaising with suppliers and colleagues by email
Nice to have:
Experience supporting a UK-based office
Familiarity with procurement or supplier management
Experience with cloud-based filing systems
