About the role
The Bernikow JCC Staten Island is seeking a Director of Career Services Programs and Workforce Initiatives to lead workforce development, career training, and employment programs within the Career Services Department. Reporting to the Senior Director of Career Services, the Director will oversee a portfolio of publicly and privately funded programs, initially focusing on the Keystone Program.
The Director will collaborate with the Director of CRED and other department leaders to ensure programs
