About the role
Tool & Die Technician | 1st Shift Indianapolis Our client is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Technician to support high-volume manufacturing operations through tooling maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Repair, modify, and maintain steel tooling and dies Operate manual mills, lathes, and surface grinders Troubleshoot tooling and production issues Read blueprints and verify tooling accuracy Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams
Qualifications:
5+ years of Tool & Die experience required Strong blueprint reading and problem-solving skills Experience with precision measuring instruments Automotive manufacturing experience preferred
Schedule:
