Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Plumbing and HVAC office. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service.
Responsibilities Answering customer calls and emails with kindness and confidence.
Scheduling plumbing and HVAC appointments (all incoming) and communicating with field members when needed.
Entering invoices and bills into QuickBooks Desktop along with other light bookkeeping duties.
Requirements Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in maintaining professional relationships.
Familiarity with HVAC and/or Plumbing preferred but not required.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in standard office software applications such as Outlook, QuickBooks Desktop, Clover, Word, Excel, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
