About the role

As our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be the architect of a brand that resonates deeply with families, patients, and healthcare professionals. You’ll lead the charge in shaping how the world sees us—crafting narratives that highlight our commitment to quality care, building campaigns that inspire confidence, and driving growth across all service lines. Your work will directly influence occupancy rates, patient engagement, and our reputation as a trusted leader in senior living and healthcare.
What You'll Do: Develop and execute a unified marketing strategy across senior living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and healthcare services. Lead brand positioning initiatives that differentiate us in a competitive market, ensuring consistency across digital, print, and in-person touchpoints. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid media, social engagement, and content marketing, to drive lead generation and community awareness. Partner with operations and sales teams to create targeted campaigns that support occupancy goals and patient acquisition. Manage market research and analytics to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform strategic decisions. Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and innovation. Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and community outreach initiatives. What You'll Bring 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare, senior living, or related industries. Proven track record of driving growth and brand awareness in multi-location or multi-service organizations. Expertise in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools. Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex healthcare offerings into compelling, human-centered messages. Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analytics and ROI measurement. Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire cross-functional collaboration.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
