Candidates for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a Master's degree in business administration or a related field, with a preference for those with knowledge of government contracting practices and green cleaning principles. A minimum of 10 years' progressive executive or senior management experience is required, with a strong background in operational leadership, contract management, and organizational administration. The role demands a leader with strong financial acumen, experience in managing complex, multi-site operations, and proficiency in business software and performance reporting tools.
