Senior Paralegal

Location: Burbank, CA

Salary: $72,247 – $134,172 per year

Responsibilities: Respond to third‑party subpoenas from start to finish, including negotiations, interviews, collections, review, and production. Act as liaison between the litigation team, outside counsel, and IT team to facilitate electronic discovery requests/searches and oversee data collections across various sources, including Microsoft 365 email, OneDrive, Box, and other shared electronic workspaces. Identify and contact individuals who may have documents or information in response to discovery requests and subpoenas, search their files (including electronic files), and review/analyze documents for privilege and other reasons for redactions.
