Job Title:Sales Representative Base Salary + Unlimited Commission Join the TSC Associates Team! Are you a people person who enjoys building relationships and helping customers succeed? TSC Associates is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an in-office position where you'll develop long-term customer relationships, identify opportunities to help businesses, and earn uncapped commissions based on your success. What You'll DoBuild and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Contact prospective customers by phone, email, and other communication methods. Follow up on leads and identify new business opportunities. Recommend training and compliance solutions that meet customer needs. Provide exceptional customer support before and after the sale. Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM.Collaborate with our team to ensure an outstanding customer experience. What We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers. Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not requiredwe're willing to train the right person.
