Pride Health is hiring a RN - Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in Austintown, OH.Job Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM; On-call 2-3x per week and every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) with on-call coverage
Location: Austintown, OHCoverage Areas: Mahoning, Columbiana, and Trumbull Counties, with some coverage in Portage County, including Garrettsville, Windham, Deerfield, Atwater, Nelson, Palmyra, and Paris
Job Type: Local Contract
Contract Length: 14 Weeks
Start Date: ASAPWeekly Hour Guarantee: 36 hours/week
Pay Range: $52.00-$54.00/Hour*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Duties: • Provide direct patient care to patients in their homes.• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation and charting.• Manage an assigned caseload while meeting productivity expectations.• Participate in weekly case conferences and meetings to coordinate patient care.• Maintain frequent daily communication with clinicians and office staff regarding patient needs and care plans.
Requirements: • License(s): Active RN license• Years of experience: 1+• Skills/Specialties/Technology: Home Health nursing, direct patient care, clinical documentation, care coordination, and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) charting system experience preferred Interested?
