About the role

To support a growing team, a part-time remote Texas Licensed Insurance Agent will engage with customers through inbound calls, identify their insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions while completing a paid training program to obtain state licensing. Key responsibilities Conduct consultations with prospective insureds to determine their needs and recommend appropriate insurance products Educate customers on available insurance options and identify opportunities for upselling additional products Research and resolve inquiries related to insurance and service-related issues, ensuring effective communication of coverages and solutions Required qualifications At least six months of experience in a service or sales environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple screens and applications Must have a GED or High School Diploma and be legally permitted to work in the United States Willingness to attend 100% of the paid training period and work assigned part-time shifts, including weekends and some holidays
