FUNCIONES:Liderar y supervisar la gestión integral de Recursos Humanos dentro de la operación minera. Gestionar procesos de administración de personal, relaciones laborales, clima laboral y disciplina. Supervisar procesos de reclutamiento, selección, inducción y desarrollo del personal operativo y administrativo. Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa laboral vigente, políticas internas y procedimientos corporativos. Brindar soporte y asesoría a las jefaturas y gerencias de la operación en temas de gestión humana. Coordinar acciones relacionadas a bienestar social, capacitación, desempeño y retención del talento.
