About the role
THE ROLE
We Are Social is looking for a data-driven Analyst who has their finger on the pulse of social trends. You will leverage analytics to inform strategies, identify emerging opportunities, and guide clients in making data-backed decisions. You should be passionate about social media and excel at translating data into actionable insights.
WE ARE
A creative agency powered by social connections. That means we thrive on what’s trending and creating campaigns that get people buzzing. We call it “Ideas Worth Talking About,” and we're proud to have played a part in some of the most culturally relevant campaigns of the decade for brands like Adidas, Cadillac, Visa and more.
WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE
We like to laugh, we live for celeb gossip
Our passport program lets you explore and work from one of our 16 other offices worldwide, including Paris, Singapore, Madrid, Dubai, London and more!
You best believe we know how to celebrate our wins. And our losses (it’s how we learn).
From carbon offsets to community kitchens, we’re passionate about making a difference.
YOU ARE
A person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, responding quickly and proactively
Not interested in just following trends – you want to create them
A self-starter, who’ll take ideas from concept to execution, navigating feedback like a pro
Traditional agency experience is not required, but it’s a plus. What matters is your deep understanding of what resonates with social audiences. This role is energetic, innovative and forward-thinking. Alongside engaging with communities, you’ll guide brands by staying ahead of social trends and cultural moments. In return, you’ll join a global agency dedicated to generating buzzworthy ideas for some of the world’s leading brands.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Monitor and analyze social media performance, using data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization
Develop and implement measurement frameworks for social media campaigns, defining KPIs and success metrics
Incorporate artificial intelligence in support of core functions, data analysis and visualization, research and insights mining
Create insightful reports and presentations that clearly communicate social media performance and insights to clients
Stay up-to-date on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media insights into broader marketing strategies
Interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions
Identify patterns and trends, and generate actionable insights to optimize marketing and advertising strategies
Create detailed reports and visualizations that communicate key findings to stakeholders
Connect diverse cultural references to uncover "intelligence" that highlights meaningful, non-obvious opportunities for brand growth
Up to 3 years of experience in social media analytics
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Statistics, or a related field
Strong proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Google Analytics)
Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
A strong command of data analytics and content performance metrics
Excellent problem-solving skills and be able to translate data into clear, actionable insights
Effective communication and collaboration skills

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
