Executive Assistant To The CeoThe executive assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative, creative, and personal support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for both business and personal tasks. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy, creative go-getter with strong organizational and social media marketing skills who can manage schedules, communications, and errands with professionalism and initiative.Compensation: starts at $20.00 HourlyKey Responsibilities:Manage the CEO's calendar, travel, appointments, and communicationsCreate branded presentations and marketing materials using CanvaSupport and manage business and personal errands as neededAssist with social media content creation, scheduling, and account managementCoordinate meetings, events, and special projectsDraft professional communications and reportsMaintain discretion with sensitive business and personal informationIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and bring new creative ideasRequirements:Proven experience as an executive or personal assistantExcellent organizational, time management, and communication skillsProficient in Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and major social media platformsExperience with social media tools like Hootsuite, Later, or Buffer is a plusTech-savvy, creative, and able to work independentlyValid driver's license and reliable transportation (for errands and in-person support)
