About the role
Managing a team of Driving Operations field resources, the full-time Field Operations Lead will oversee day-to-day operations, provide guidance and support to drivers, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Drive daily operations by following standard procedures and managing team performance
Conduct periodic reviews and facilitate team meetings to ensure effective communication and information dissemination
Analyze performance trends and implement corrective actions to meet service level agreements and enhance customer satisfaction
Required qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
At least 2 years of experience in a people management role
Specific knowledge of driving operations programs
Ability to analyze data and develop actionable performance improvement plans
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on effective communication and team collaboration
