Job Description: IMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking a Laser Operator for a growing metal manufacturing operation. This position focuses on laser cutting, preparing metal parts, and supporting welding and fabrication processes.
Responsibilities: Operate laser cutting and other fabrication equipment, including brake presses and benders Cut, grind, and drill metal components Stage and prepare materials for welding Inspect and prepare parts for the next stage of production Perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance Operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trucks Follow all established safety and production procedures
Qualifications: Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Willingness to learn new equipment and processes Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English to safely follow work instructions and procedures Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical manufacturing workINDSXF #TALROO
