We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President to join our Client Operations team. This role is located in Everett, MA. In-office requirement is four days.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Independently work with large, complex external clients to resolve the most critical and complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.
May resolve atypical or highly complex issues and/or escape to management as appropriate.
May serve as subject matter experts on BNY products and services.
May lead staff on specific projects and resolution of client issues.
Lead team members across multiple lines of business in providing support to major clients and ensure requests are executed.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Extensive experience analyzing information and resolving complex client issues using advanced problem-solving skills and judgment.
Superior communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.
Superior knowledge of BNY Mellon products, services, client issues, and needs to support business development and expanded offerings.
