ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Matt Flinn - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS:Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
