If you're looking for a challenging yet rewarding role in poultry production, apply today! • Hang poultry on production line shackles in an efficient manner. • Perform precise cuts, trims, and deboning of poultry products according to customer specifications. • Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to maintain a smooth production flow. • Comply with strict safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and secure work environment. • Utilize specialized equipment including Whizard knives, manual and pneumatic scissors, and other tools as required. • Adapt to changing duties, rotations, and product requirements as needed to support production objectives. • Lift and handle poultry products, weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally, with attention to safety and quality. • Maintain good communication skills and collaborate as an effective team member. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. • Capacity to take direction and collaborate within a team setting. • Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally. • Proficiency in fine motor skills, especially for repetitive hand movements. • Flexibility to adapt to varying duties, shifts, and product demands. • Excellent communication skills to interact with coworkers and supervisors. • Willingness to adhere to strict safety and sanitation regulations. • Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment with exposure to fluorescent lighting. • Good near vision acuity (clarity at 20 inches or less) for accurate work. • Ability to speak and hear for effective communication during tasks.
