Built-In Collaboration: Our nearby sister practice, Ridge Animal Hospital in Middleport, gives you an additional team of veterinary professionals to collaborate with and lean on.

As Chief of Staff, You’ll
Serve as amedical leaderwhile continuing to practice alongside the team
Mentor and support veterinarians and clinical team members
Championhigh-quality medicine and patient care
Partner with hospital leadership to strengthen medical standards and team culture
Help drive the continued growth and success of the practice
What We Offer
Base Salary:
$130,000–$160,000 for an experienced veterinarian working a 40-hour schedule
Quarterly Production Bonuswith no negative accrual
