About the role

Amazon Ads - Brand Innovation Lab is seeking a Senior Design Operations Manager to lead the operational side of the TEX design team, ensuring campaign workflows run smoothly and the design system scales. You’ll own governance, maintenance, and evolution of the design system, build measurement into the system, and drive adoption across designers and engineers worldwide. You’ll partner with global stakeholders to scale design governance across Brand Innovation Lab surfaces such as Brand Store, #J-18808-Ljbffr
