About the role
Leading the development and optimization of boule manufacturing processes, the Senior Process Engineer will work full-time in the Canton facility, focusing on solving complex process challenges and enhancing product quality while supporting hybrid work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead development and implementation of boule forming and thermal processes to address product-specific challenges
Drive structured root cause investigations into defect modes and identify underlying failure mechanisms
Develop process solutions to reduce defect rates and improve yield for high-value product lines
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, or related field)
8-12 years of experience in specialty glass or advanced materials manufacturing environments
Demonstrated experience in developing custom manufacturing processes and leading root cause investigations
Strong analytical capability with experience in structured problem-solving methodologies
US Citizenship required
