About the role
- Independently interpret electrical prints, schematics, and work instructions
- Identify layout or material discrepancies and communicate issues to the team lead
- Complete full electrical panel assembly, including wiring and component installation
- Utilize cranes, rigging equipment, or forklifts as required
- Accurately use measurement tools and equipment during assembly
- Assist with field installations and service calls when needed
- Work independently while supporting overall team productivity
- Maintain quality standards, workplace safety, and housekeeping expectations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Effective communication skills
- EducationHigh school diploma or GED required
- Technical school or vocational training is preferred
- ExperienceMinimum of three years of experience in electrical panel assembly or a related manufacturing field
