About the role

Paycom - ATS seeks an Area Manager to lead safe, compliant water and wastewater operations across multiple sites in Raleigh, NC. You will retain clients, develop staff, coordinate resources, and serve as the main operational link between field teams, clients, and the Director of Operations. This role requires supervisory experience, a background in water/wastewater operations, and a valid U.S. driver’s license. A background check and pre-employment medical review are required.
