About the role

Ticket Services Administrator The Ticket Services Administrator oversees all aspects of box office admin support, including accounting, ticket counts, customer service escalation, internal department and external client communications, and daytime window operations. This position earns between $23.92 to $28.70/hour (midpoint $26.31/hour) as well as medical, dental, vision, LTD, STD insurance plus 403b retirement savings plan with a discretionary match. Work is performed on site at any of our six venues and the administrative office. The work schedule will be a hybrid combination of days on site and remote. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed with flexibility to take on new roles or responsibilities as the company evolves. Compile ticket sales and reporting data using advanced Microsoft Excel functions including formula and macros creation and execution Manage daily activity in Counts inbox and process requests for information Pull ticket data reports on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis for internal departments and external clients Process refunds using Ticketmaster Archtics and TMWIN for postponed/cancelled events Reconcile monthly Ticketmaster invoices Customer service response and communication with internal departments and external clients Daily accounting and associated documentation/reporting Arrange ticket counts for clients and staff Backup for processing staff/client ticket requests Office management including organization and storage of event files Support and coverage for box office window staff as needed To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including advanced experience with complex formulas and macros is required. This qualification will be measured by an Excel test during the interview process. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics is required Experience with Ticketmaster TM1 and TMWIN (Host) is preferred Box office and ticketing experience at a theatre or performing arts venue is preferred Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office 365 programs Strong math and accounting proficiency Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated record of great customer service Ability to navigate up and down stairs Excellent organization and time management skills Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
