Office Manager (Part Time)JM Fabrication Company LLC Arlington, TXRole OverviewJM Fab is seeking a part-time Office Manager to run day-to-day office administration for our Arlington aerospace and defense fabrication facility, keeping paperwork, vendors, and office operations organized so production and quality teams can focus on the floor.
Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations, phones, mail, and visitors. Maintain organized electronic and paper records and filing. Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and facility services. Support HR and payroll administration (onboarding paperwork, timekeeping, ADP entries) as assigned. Assist with invoicing, purchase order filing, and basic bookkeeping as assigned. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and export-controlled information.
Qualifications: 2+ years of office administration or office management experience, ideally in manufacturing (preferred).Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).Organized, dependable, and able to prioritize with minimal supervision. Clear written and verbal communication. Experience with ADP, Quick Books, or an ERP system (preferred).Part time.
