Senior Account Executive — Cards & Payments$120,000–$140,000 base | $240,000–$280,000 OTENew York City, Washington DC, Miami or Los Angeles We’re partnering with a growing fintech business helping medical practices manage their spending and payments. As it expands across the US, the company is hiring Senior Account Executives to drive new business for its card offering. You’ll work directly with practice owners and decision-makers, understanding their financial priorities and showing how the product can support their business. Strong financial understanding and the ability to build credibility with these customers will be central to your success. You’ll take ownership of: Generating new business through outbound prospecting and developing your own pipeline. Managing the full sales cycle, from initial discovery and product demonstrations through to close. Understanding how each practice operates, identifying its needs and communicating the financial value of the offering. Building relationships with practice owners and other stakeholders involved in purchasing decisions. Working with sales leadership to refine the sales approach as the team grows. We’re looking for someone with:6+ years of relevant experience, with a background in banking, lending, financial services, cards, payments or healthcare. Strong commercial judgement and confidence discussing financial products with business owners. The ability to explain product features and financial benefits clearly. A proactive approach to prospecting, relationship building and closing opportunities. The drive to contribute in a growing business where processes and teams are still developing. Healthcare experience is particularly relevant where you’ve worked closely with doctors, practice owners or the commercial operations of a medical practice. You’ll join an expanding sales organisation with new senior leadership and plans for further investment in local management, coaching and training. Compensation follows a 50/50 base and variable split. Roles are available in New York City, Washington DC, Miami and Los Angeles
