About the TeamThe TikTok LIVE Ecosystem team's mission is to create a sustainable livestream ecosystem. We strive to ensure our users and creators a high quality experience on the platform. This role will be based in Los Angeles, CA.Responsibilities:- Drive policy implementation, enforcement optimization, moderation operations, and quality assurance- Own and drive high-impact initiatives to improve content quality and monetization integrity across the ecosystem- Own core enforcement and quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven strategies- Translate data insights into clear strategies and actionable team priorities- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Ops, Policy, Data Science, etc.) to drive alignment and ensure successful delivery of initiatives- Navigate competing priorities and constraints across stakeholders to make informed decisions and drive outcomes- Drive clear and effective communication across teams and leadership to ensure alignment and transparencyMinimum Qualifications- BA/BS degree- 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in content safety, quality, moderation, monetization, or related domains- Experience working on UGC and/or PGC products, with a strong understanding of content ecosystems- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across complex cross-functional environments- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy and drive data-informed execution- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across different levelsPreferred Qualifications:- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments, with strong judgment and prioritization skills- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and/or other data analysis/visualization toolsReq ID: A121488
