*THIS IS NOT A JOB AT FORCEBRANDS*The National Accounts Manager will oversee and grow the company’s business within the Club retail channel, with a primary focus on Costco, Sam’s Club, and BJ’s Wholesale. This person will be responsible for supporting key customer relationships, developing strategies to expand the business, overseeing assortment and promotional plans, and coordinating execution across assigned accounts. The role will focus on delivering sustainable sales growth and profitability while strengthening the company’s presence within Club retail.
Job Responsibilities: Develop account plans for Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s Wholesale, and other Club retailers that support revenue growth, increased distribution, and profitable account expansion. Prepare for and support retailer line reviews, roadshow opportunities, new product presentations, and sales pitches designed to win new placements and expand existing business. Plan and oversee account-specific promotions, pricing, pack formats, and retailer programs appropriate for the Club channel. Develop strong working relationships with retail buyers, brokers, distribution partners, and other key contacts across assigned customers. Coordinate with supply chain, operations, finance, and marketing to ensure new product launches, inventory needs, and promotional programs are executed effectively. Review sales results, inventory levels, promotional performance, and retailer scorecards to identify growth opportunities and address potential business risks. Manage forecasts for assigned accounts and work internally to ensure production and inventory plans reflect expected retailer demand.
Job Requirements: 2–4 years of experience managing Club retail customers, preferably including Costco, Sam’s Club, and/or BJ’s Wholesale.4–5 years of CPG industry experience, ideally within beverage, functional wellness, or a related category. Previous experience working directly with Club retail buyers, brokers, and distribution partners. Strong knowledge of how the Club channel operates, including pack formats, promotions, inventory planning, and execution within high-volume retail environments. Experience supporting or leading large retail launches and building product velocity within high-volume accounts. Strong interest in consumer wellness and brands focused on helping consumers incorporate moments of calm into their everyday lives.
