If you enjoy combining analytical rigor with compelling data storytelling, and want exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making, this role offers significant visibility and growth potential.What You'll DoAnalyze business opportunities and initiatives, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendationsDevelop executive-ready presentations and communications that influence decision-making and drive alignment across stakeholdersPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to support strategic initiativesBuild compelling data storytelling and enablement materials that help teams understand and execute key business prioritiesManage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of insights and recommendationsWhat We're Looking ForRequired:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field3+ years of experience in insights, analytics, strategy, consulting, category management, executive communications, project management, or a related fieldProven ability to analyze complex business/consumer data and translate findings into executive-ready recommendations and presentationsAdvanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with strong experience using syndicated data, business intelligence, or reporting tools (e.g., Circana, Nielsen, Power BI, Tableau)Preferred:Experience supporting strategic growth initiatives, partnerships, or business integrationExperience supporting senior executives or commercial leadership teams within CPG, retail, or other multi-brand organizationsDemonstrated ability to create visually compelling presentations, sales enablement materials, or executive communications that simplify complex business concepts
