Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership New York City | 4 Days On-Site | Up to $120K Base + BonusA leading financial services firm is seeking a polished and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to members of its senior leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. The role is based in New York City and requires four days per week on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and leadership Manage complex and frequently changing calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries Process expense reports and maintain accurate records Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and occasional events Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Anticipate executives’ needs and proactively manage scheduling conflicts and priorities Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Assist with ad hoc administrative projects and additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
Prior Executive Assistant experience supporting senior-level executives Financial services experience required Strong calendar management and scheduling experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Professional, polished, and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders Proactive approach with strong judgment and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point Compensation & Schedule Base salary up to $120,000, depending on experience Bonus eligible 4 days per week on-site in New York City
