B2B/Government Sales Professional We're looking for a talented B2B/Government Sales Professional who will focus on new business development by selling local and long-distance telephone services and data telecommunication products to the Public Sector (State, Local and Education). You will be provided training, support, and environment needed to succeed. You will be the driving force for securing new customers and business nationally for Granite. Responsibilities: New Business Development Nationally for State, Local and Education Districts (SLED) Travel within an assigned sales territory to conduct face to face meetings with potential and existing SLED customers. Responsible for selling advanced Data solution-based services such as MPLS, VPN, VOIP, SIP Trunking, Cloud-based PBX Wireless Networks, and dedicated internet access. Build and maintain a consistent sales funnel and pipeline. Identify prospect needs and create customized sales proposals. Maintain positive relationships with all your new and existing clients. Qualifications: 3+ years of SLED experience Strong prospecting, selling and closing skills; proven ability to work independently and in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet sales quotas. Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through closing. Bachelor's Degree or Military Service required Public Sector/Government Experience (State, Local, and Education) experience highly preferred. Must have the ability to be cleared for Secret Clearance P2, or currently hold Secret Clearance Granite delivers advanced communications and technology solutions to businesses and government agencies throughout the United States and Canada.
